I think people should be able to do what they want as long as they aren’t affecting other’s lives. That is why abortion does not really affect my principles.  While others might see it as a horrible thing due to religion or personal beliefs, I believe that we should be allowed to do what we please in this country as long as it’s legal. If abortion is allowed than let it be. The philosopher that I found was less consistent with my own beliefs is Noonans. He thinks that abortion should not be allowed, which I disagree with. I think that any sort of opinion on this issue should come from a woman’s perspective and if not it is irrelevant because men have no idea how it is to be in that position.

The first contemporary issue didn’t really affect my principles directly because a clone is still a person therefore I would still treat it the same as anyone else. The thing is that it might go against what people would say is god’s will and that would seem problematic for them, but in my view it isn’t bad because if it wasn’t supposed to happen then we wouldn’t be able to. I don’t see it morally or ethically wrong to clone people unless it is used in a negative way, such as to make an army or for spare parts for “original copy” humans. The philosopher that i found to be most consistent with my own principles is Tooley. He talked about the benefits and thinks It should be done; the good is greater than the bad in his eyes and if we have the right people doing it I think that it could be good.
